Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), AroundMe has appointed a Grievance Officer to address complaints and concerns regarding personal data protection.

How to file a complaint

  1. Email grievance@aroundme.pro with your registered phone number and a description of your concern.
  2. Our Grievance Officer will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours.
  3. We will investigate and respond with a resolution within 30 days.
